Deep Creek Outdoor provides third party booking service for outdoor activities through local service providers and/or guiding companies.  All cancellation policies through third party service providers are determined by the service providers, and are communicated by email once an activity is reserved.  Deep Creek Outdoor will also verbally communicate applicable service providers' cancellation policies at the time of or prior to creating a reservation and securing payment.  Service providers rely on advanced bookings due to the nature of their service and therefore are not able to rebook cancelled time slots on short notice.  Thus it is common for cancellation fees and/or no refunds to be issued for cancellations made on short notice.  Each service provider determines their own definition of short notice based on the time required on average to book a time slot.  Any activity or rental reservation provided directly by Deep Creek Outdoor will have the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours advance notice will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours advance notice will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice or no-shows will not receive a refund
